1. As our company solely provide shipment forwarding services, it is important that customers should always choose the China sellers with higher reputation. If there is any problem encountered regarding the China parcel, customers should always go back to the China seller.
2. Prohibited items are strictly not allowed to be brought onto the shipping flight. Customers shall bear all the consequences if there is any.
3. Customers shall exercise cautions while filling in the parcel details (ie. Normal or Sensitive) to avoid any unnecessary delay or problem with the shipment.
4. Customers shall exercise cautions while filling in the recipients’ details (ie. Name, Mailing Address, Contact Number) to avoid loss of shipment.
5. Once the shipment has been dispatched from our China warehouse, customers shall bear all the required charges for changing destination or sending back to our warehouse.
6. All the postage does not include customs tax. Customers shall pay the imposed customs tax amount where applicable.
7. Working days for China warehouse dispatch department is from Monday – Saturday, unless stated otherwise for special holidays.
8. Orders will only be dispatched on the following working day after payment has been made.
9. We strive to make sure the orders reach customers within 3-5 working days*, from the day parcel being dispatched from our China warehouse. However, there may be some minor delay due to unforeseen circumstances which is out of our control. (*except Sat/Sun/Public Holiday)
